ABOUT THE
SHIPPENSBURG POLICE FOUNDATION

Founded in 2022, the Shippensburg Police foundation provides financial support to the Shippensburg Police Department Chief or authorized purchasing officer for requests deemed necessary. It provides resources that are not readily available through other means. It serves as a vehicle for tax exempt gifts and grants from groups, businesses, etc. The Shippensburg Police Foundation is set up to be a sustaining organization that will provide assistance for years to come. It works closely with the Police Chief administration to align needs and fundraising efforts with equipment needs and services not currently covered by the Shippensburg Borough budget.
